Representative Green brought up reconsideration of the vote on                 
CSSSHB 42(FIN)(ct rule fld) (page 2734).                                       
                                                                               
The following was again before the House in third reading:                     
                                                                               
CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                                  
42(FIN)                                                                        
"An Act relating to civil liability for certain false or improper             
allegations in a civil pleading or for certain improper acts relating          
to a civil action; amending Rules 79 and 82(b), Alaska Rules of                
Civil Procedure."                                                              
                                                                               
Representative Mulder placed a call of the House.                              
                                                                               
The call was satisfied.                                                        
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall CSSSHB 42(FIN) pass the
